How do I access clipboard in windows 11?

I have a HP Envy laptop using windows 11.  Im looking for a way to access clipboard in order to save documents without having to purchase microsoft office.  This computer is for home use only, Im looking for something that works like microsoft word document or apples pages document, something I can copy and paste too and save on my computer.

You don't  have to purchase Microsoft Office --

Although Microsoft Office is considered the "gold standard" by fans of the software,
