Hi @JCQuilter,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding adding the Google Play Store on your HP laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry, but Google Play Store is specifically designed for Android devices, and it is not natively available for laptops running Windows operating systems like those on HP laptops. However, if you want to run Android applications on your HP laptop, you can use an Android emulator. Here's how you can proceed:

Using an Android Emulator

Download an Android Emulator: Some popular Android emulators include BlueStacks, NoxPlayer, and LDPlayer. These emulators allow you to run Android apps on your Windows laptop.

Install the Emulator: After selecting your preferred emulator, download it from its official website and install it on your HP laptop by following the on-screen prompts.

Set Up Google Play Store:

  • Open the emulator after installation.
  • Sign in with your Google account to access the Google Play Store within the emulator.
  • You can now search for and install Android applications as you would on an Android device.

I hope this helps.
