My question is very simple and asked in full already under "Subject": How do I change my password for HP support assistant?

Just go to the login page for HP Support Community and click forgot password and then enter you e-mail and the HP Servers will send you a reset link on your mail through which you can reset you can reset your password.

I'm an volunteer and I do not work for HP

Thanks, Madhav4! Now I feel kind of stupid. I was so concentrated on finding some kind of "change password" function, that I didn't even think about the "forgot password” possibility. I was thinking “I haven’t forgotten my password, I just want to change it” 😄
