Product: Hp Stream 14"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received my laptop as a Christmas gift, but the person who gave it to me doesnt know anything about comuters, so he threw away all the papers. I lost the passwords to get 1 Terabyte from One drive and 500 gigabytes from Dropbox.  How can I get those passwords? please, let me know ASAP. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

 

Based on your description, I think you didn't loose the passwords for OneDrive and DropBox - you lost the license keys which can activate your privilages.

 

I'm afraid that if you lost them before activating them, there is no way to recover them. As far as I know, they are not stored within HP.

 

However, if you used them already and activated them withing OneDrive and Dropbox,

you can access Dropbox this way >> https://www.dropbox.com/help/sign-in/password-reset

you can reset the OneDrive password this way >> https://account.live.com/password/reset
