I want to cap my battery percentage at 80% so I can maximize my battery life as I use my device while its plugged in more often and for hours. I have tried going to BIOS where it only shows "Adaptive battery management is enabled". Other than that I have not been able to find an option to limit my battery charge limit. Please help me.

Your notebook does not support that feature.

Only some higher end HP business class notebooks support limiting the battery charge to 80%.
