HP Spectre x360 - 13-4114na (ENERGY STAR)

My laptop has recently stopped charging and I would like to send it to HP for repair. However, I can’t find a number to call or place to send it.

 

Does anyone know how I can send my laptop to HP for repair in the UK?

If the issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure,

(and / or)

If the computer is still in Warranty,

(then)

Contact HP Support to ask about options to have an HP technician help with covered repairs.

Scroll down to section "HP Support – Hardware / Technical Support ..."

 

OR

 

If the issue has been diagnosed as a hardware failure,

(and / or)

If the computer is NOT still in Warranty,

(then)

Contact a licensed printer technician and ask about repairs.

 

 

OR

 

If the issue has not been diagnosed as a hardware failure,

(and)

If the computer is NOT still in Warranty,

(then)

You have the option to ask for help here in the HP Community.

 

 

For example,

 

You have the option to purchase a compatible battery and use it to replace the battery in the computer.

If you know the battery is failing / has failed - skip this section.

 

Consider checking whether the BIOS can be updated on your computer.

Out-dated BIOS might result in odd issues, including the battery not charging during Hibernation.

Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.

 

Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online

 

Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.

 

HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.

 

If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.

 

Important

HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked. Old HP phone numbers – for example, those numbers no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions – might have been taken over by thieves.

Do not be a victim.
