Just trying to copy/transfer files from Windows OneDrive Photos to a SanDisk, using HP Pavillion Laptop Model 15 cs0051cl

The specs of your machine is

It has  1 multi-format SD media card reader therefore it is very simple

 

(a) Put your SD card to the reader

  (b) Open File Explorer, card reader will show up as a drive (can be 😧 or E: and a name, can be SanDisk),

  (c) Locate photo files on your computer,

  (d) Cut  those files and paste to SD card
