Hi
I called HP on Friday and asked them to update the born on date of my laptop to actual purchase date. The agent said she had updated her tool and sent me a screen shot. Today I got an email from the same agent asking for a picture of the serial on the back of the laptop which I sent, so she could update the online warranty check.
Any ideas how long this takes?
