i need help updating my windows 11 laptop which has been recently turned from windows 10 to windows 11 but in the hp support website there is no windows 11 bios update for my laptop

That's correct.
Download a BIOS update file under Windows10 and run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
After selecting the 'Update' option, restart the system.
The BIOS update operation will actually take place in the EFI environment outside of Windows11.

In a situation like that, you can just use an update BIOS file under Windows10.

Just click 'Windows 10(64 bit).'
Hey, HP bios update GENERALLY works ok, but if you have very important files on the hard drive, I suggest that they be saved to an external device beforehand.
