According to the HP specs for your model, it should have come with Windows 10 S mode.
The activation key is embedded into the firmware of the motherboard, but the problem with S Mode is that you can not install and run anything that is not on the Windows Store, so we can not provide a working utility to find your product key.
If it is indeed NOT activated, then you should return it to HP and demand a replacement.
