Hello I have a omen 400 on a normal pc and I'm trying to add it to OMEN Command center, how do I do that?

I didn't understand, normal pc,
omen command center, installs on pc omen Hp

if it is not an omen pc compatible with the software, or even not an HP, it is not possible
