My laptop does not have a PGA port, how can iI connect it to the HP 2011x monitor?

It is an old monitor, its specs
It gas 2 input ports
Analog | 1x VGA |
Digital | 1x DVI-D (HDCP) |
Your machine probably has 1 HDMI port from HDMI (Digital) to VGA (Analog) you need a converter. The best and cheapest option is to use HDMI-DVI cable such as
