How to control cooling fans on my computer  HP OMEN 15-dc1877no.

I only have a computer for 2 days. Horrible fan noise all the time, even if I just type one document on the keyboard. I tried to change the cooling mode through the command center, but nothing changes. Fans operate at full power, despite the fact that the room is only +20. The CPU temperature is +80, GPU +44, CPU operation is 10%, but the cooling blows so my hands freeze.

My Omen 15-dc0xxx machine (18 months old now) used to have this option in OCC but it has been removed. From my understanding many users misused this option therefore it is much better to give this function for heat sensors.

And yes, all Omen machines are noisier and hotter than normal machines. I don't sit close to my Omen because I use external mouse, monitor, keyboard ... and my Omen is connect to my old USB docking station but still hear fans noise.

Regards.
