Product: HP Laptop 15-ef1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had an old HP Envy Desktop 750-109 and it has been dismantled, no longer in use, but I am not able to remove its listing from the HP Support Assistant which constantly sends me the same messages repeatedly after they have been deleted. It is a recurring nightmare that wastes my time and energy.
- I need to keep the HP Support Assistant for my newer HP Laptop 15-ef1xxx
