@MONDIP, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To restore Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 on your HP Pavilion x360 (14-ba123tu) running Windows 11, follow these steps carefully:
1. Sign in to Your Microsoft Account
- Go to https://www.office.com
- Click Sign In (top right).
- Use the same Microsoft account that was used to activate Office 2016 originally. This is crucial because your license is tied to this account.
2. Access Your Office Subscriptions
- Once signed in, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Under "Services & Subscriptions", look for Office Home & Student 2016.
- If you see it listed, click Install to download the setup.
3. Install Office
- Run the downloaded installer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
4. Activate Office
- Open any Office app (like Word or Excel).
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account again if prompted.
- Office should activate automatically without needing a product key.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
