Below are the details I've received from HPsupport team when i purchased the machine.

As per your comments, I have to buy the MS Office from microsoft.
But earlier I already had my MS office from the HP Support, and i lost it due to OS corruption. I have not linked my account with neither email ID or phone number. So I'm expecting if there is any way of downloading by using my laptop serial number from HP Support portal?
Thanks
