Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi members

I recently updated my BIOS of my laptop HP 14q-cs0009TU. But now I want to revert to the factory version of it.

The factory version was Insyd F.43

How can I do do and where to get the file?  Is there any harm doing so?
