The only graphics solution with the notebook, as delivered, is the AMD Radeon™ 520 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated).

Specifications of your notebook

https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c05560578

There is nothing to change as your notebok does not have a hybrid (discrete) graphics subsystem .

No, I can't see that it is locked. What is locked?

i have a inteagrated gpu and a dedicated one, as you can see in the screenshot that i posted in the first post, near the chrome's icon, there is a padlock and it doesn't let me change the option (risparmio energetico=integrated gpu, prestazioni elevate= dedicated gpu).

According to the specifications of the product number that you provided, as you can  see in the link I supplied, That is not the case.

I have access to another HP proprietary product information database and it verifies what I just said.

If your notebook has hybrid graphics, then you do not have the notebook that you have provided the identification for.

That is interesting.

While logged into Windows, hold down the Shift key and tap the Esc key one time.

That should invoke the system information window.

Verify the product name and product number there.

I don't know why it shows that way, but I believe you are mistaken.

Only high end notebooks have dual (hybrid) graphics.

I say this not to offend, but your notebook does not fall into that category.

I believe the HP Product content Browser and the specifications that I found.

Both do not show the inclusion of a high end feature such as dual (hybrid) graphics in your notebook.

No, i have 2 GPU, i'm sure cuz if i do not force to use the dedicated one from the radeon settings, it will use the integrated one, some other screenshots:

Ok. I am a believer now.

I had two switchable graphics notebooks as product loans in the past. I was able to select the high powered graphics as default.

You may not have any choice if you want it to run r5 graphics while using Chrome.
