How to solve this issue "We were unable to find drivers for your product." ? I want too update my BIOS but this issue....

Hi:

 

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10.

 

Since you are using W10 when you go to the support site, you get that message.

 

What you need to do is look above and to the left of the 'We were unable to find drivers for your product' message.

 

There are two options to choose from:

 

Choose a different product series

Choose a different OS.

 

Click on the Choose a different OS link and a window will open.  Select Windows from the drop down list.

 

Then on the right side of the window, select the operating system you want the drivers for.

 

You will be limited to Windows 7 or Windows 8.

 

I do not recommend that you try updating the BIOS when running an unsupported operating system.

 

It may work fine, or it may completely destroy your notebook.

 

Update the BIOS at your own risk.
