How to speed up performance of HP Laptop?

RAM: 16GB SK Hynix DDR4

SSD: 1TB SK Hynix BC711 

How do I increase the performance and speed of my HP Laptop that has an integrated CPU and GPU in one SoC? Is there any system cleaning tools or performance software I can use to clear cache and junk files, plus shut down unnecessary background services with easy to use software to speed up performance? I cannot overclock my CPU as it is an i7-1255U with Intel Iris Xe Graphics.

The Power Options menu under My HP PC does not show up, as my laptop seems to only allow me to use the Balanced Power Plan in the Control Panel.
