Hello, so I've been having trouble updating to Hp Inc. - Firmware - 1.22.0.0 and now version 1.23.0.0 is available on Windows update and still it's not updating even when using Hp Support Assistant to install. I'm using version 1.21.1.0 currently.
Please Advice.

I completely decrypted my drive from Bitlocker and still have the issue. In the past I had to download the firmware manually (not let Windows Update install it) with Bitlocker paused to get this to work but I don't even see version 01.23 available to download yet.
