Hi @Aditya_1998

Welcome to the HP Support community.

It seems to me that you may be using an older version of the product HP Client Security Manager. Latest version is 10.1 and deprecates identity and authentication features (from earlier versions).  Here is a link to the latest version 10.1 >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113001-113500/sp113277.exe

If you decided to do it, the older version is 9.6 and it can be re-downloaded and re-installed from this file >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111031.exe

With the latest versions of Client Security Manager, HP is trying to move away from non-essential features and only keep essential HP features for security. Those "non-essential" security features can be used by Windows built-in options or via 3rd party apps.

Just a generic suggestion about the message you get "HP client security password manager cannot access password manager data from elevated process." - is it possible to run the process without elevating it, without responding YES to the User Account Control message upon elevation ?

I know it may not be what you wanted originally, but you may also consider using a 3rd party password manager. I would highly recommend the KeePass options (KeePass, KeePassX, etc) which are open source, reliable and security password storage and manager

Hope this helps.

Personally, I am not aware of any which is free of charge. There are some paid options you might want to explore via Google search, for example. You could search for "password manager with fingerprint authentication" or "password manager with biometric authentication"
