Some time after the purchase, hp command center stopped responding to temperature increases when working with software and games. The problem persists on both windows 11 and windows 10. On both systems I tried updating drivers, reinstalling hp command center from ms store. I also updated the bios and tried to configure the power circuits in windows and reset the system to factory settings. None of this helped solve the problem. Hp command center still does not respond to the load and does not turn on the fans at full power even despite the temperature of 100 degrees on the processor.

I had exactly the same problem. It's such a great laptop. The hardware is great. CPU and GPU is running super cool.
But only the command center is driving me crazy... I tried everything including factory reset 4 times... I even digged into a software called notebook fancontrol. And RW everything to modify embedded control. I made the fan spinning manually temporarily. But it quickly went back to a state where I couldn't control the speed again.
Also the command center cripples the internet speed too. Honestly why does this software do this? Why can't it be like razor synapse where everything can be adjusted manually? HP please fix this issue.

I absolutely agree with you. Reinstalling Windows, updating bios to older versions, installing the latest drivers and bios does not help to solve the problem. Вeautiful notebook but trouble with hp command center ruined all the impressions. Unfortunately, there is no other way to control the fan speed. Apparently it remains only to be patient and wait for a decision from hp
