Hi,
In my laptop (HP Laptop 15-bs0xx) I have a AMD Radeon R7M340 graphic card and I', having many issues in the last period.
First of all Solidworks (2019) crashes when I open it 9 times on 10, I always have to restart the pc until it works; previously Solidworks used to work without any problem. I've noticed it works when I use open GL mode.
Then often Matlab crashes (especially when I work with some graphics) and when I open it again there is a message saying that Matlab has crashed due to some graphic issues and that it's working now in open GL mode.
Finally, sometimes when I use chrome the screen suddenly becomes black and I have to open a new page, and there are often issue with the visualization of videos.
I tried to contact Solidworks or AMD assistance and the believe the problem is related to some drivers.
I tried do completelly format the pc, update Windows to the last version and also remove all the drivers of the graphic card with DDU and reinstall them (now the version I have is Radeon 20.1.3 with Adrenalin 2020) but none of these worked.
I need to use these programmes to work and I have no idea about what to do, I hope to find some suggestions.
Thanks in advance
