Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP.Omeninstallmonitor keeps trying to download after it crashed my cpu with opening 40+ tabs. I don’t have an Omen at all but some how it got downloaded, i uninstalled all programs with that name on it but every time I turn my PC on I get a pop up saying it wants access to change my pc. How do I get this to stop?
