Hi, 

I just installed a new windows 7 64 bits on my computer and have no drivers at all. Cannot connect to internet or anything.

Could someone to tell me where I can download them, which to install and in which order. My pc is completely empty, no recovery or anything.

i can download drivers on another pc and put them on usb stick

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

Find Your HP Laptop Name, Product Number, or Serial Number | HP Notebooks | HP Support

I can give you the Wi-Fi driver you need if you do the following:

Go to the device manager.

When the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Find the Network Controller device and post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

According to the information you posted, you have a HP Pavilion 15-n034sa notebook PC.

Below is the link to the Wi-Fi driver you need:

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers

sp96873.exe

Download the Wi-Fi driver from another PC.

Copy it to a USB flash drive.  

Plug the flash drive into your notebook's USB2 port and then copy the file from the USB flash drive to your Windows desktop.

The USB3 ports won't work until you install the USB3 driver.

Double click on the file to install the Wi-Fi driver.

After you are connected to the internet, you can download and install these drivers:

SMBus controller:

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

PCI Simple Comms Controller:

Intel Management Engine Components Driver

USB Controller:

Intel USB 3.0 Driver

Please post the hardware ID for the Unknown device so I can figure out what driver you need like you did for the Network Controller.

You will also need the Intel graphics driver which is not showing up on the list of devices that need drivers, but if you click to expand the Display adapters device manager category, you will see a Standard VGA adapter which means the graphics driver is missing.

Everything worked. I just have last issue, do you have any idea how to fix this one?

Your PC came from HP with Windows 8 which means that there is a Windows 8 product key in your notebook's BIOS and that key will not work on W7.

Did you enter a valid W7 product key?

If so see if the information below"

After you download the ISO file, the easiest way to install it would be to use the Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

When you go to install Windows 8.1, you have to enter a generic product key:

334NH-RXG76-64THK-C7CKG-D3VPT

After W8.1 installs, you can change the generic W8.1 product key to the W8 OEM product key in your PC's settings menu.

Use the free Showkey plus app that I zipped up and attached to get the W8 product key from your notebook's BIOS.

It will not work on the W8.1 installation if you try to use the W8 key in the BIOS at the beginning. 

It will only work afterward, which is why I gave you the W8.1 generic product key.
