I've enabled virtualization in the BIOS, but haven't got Hyper-V to work as local.  SLAT doesn't seem to be working.

model HP ZBook 17 G2

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

16GB ram 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4810MQ CPU @ 2.80GHz CPU

BIOS: M70 Ver. 01.24 - 04/17/2019

 

Hyper-V Requirements:      VM Monitor Mode Extensions: Yes
                           Virtualization Enabled In Firmware: Yes
                           Second Level Address Translation: Yes
                           Data Execution Prevention Available: Yes

Never mind.  I had parts of the Hypervisor not installed yet.  Now it is working.
