Hi @gajananreddy ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Losing your laptop bill can be inconvenient, but you still have options. Here are a few steps you can take:
- Check Your Email: Look for any purchase confirmations or receipts in your email inbox. Sometimes, these emails contain details about your purchase that can serve as proof.
- Retailer or Store: If you purchased your laptop from a physical store or online retailer, contact their customer service. They might be able to provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase based on your transaction details.
- Credit Card or Bank Statement: If you paid with a credit card or through a bank transaction, check your statements for details about the purchase. This can sometimes be used as proof of purchase.
- Online Account: If you registered your laptop or have an HP account, you might be able to find purchase details or receipts through your account information.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
