@Raja_Javvaji, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are unable to find the HP Pen Control app in the Microsoft Store, it could be due to it being deprecated. HP recommends using the myHP app for configuring the HP Pen. Here are some steps and information that might help:

Download the myHP App:

  • HP Pen Control has been deprecated, and configuration should be done using the myHP app.
  • You can search for the myHP app from the Microsoft Store and download it.

Checking for HP Pen Control:

  • If you still want to check for the HP Pen Control app, ensure you have searched the Microsoft Store properly.
  • Sometimes, regional availability issues or store updates might affect app visibility.

Alternative Configuration:

  • HP Pen Control allows you to adjust button functions and defaults if installed.
  • If already installed, you can restore default settings or change button functions through the HP Pen Control app.
