I went through the Hackintosh phase myself but gave up when updates from Apple replaced the modules that fooled the OS into booting. So I had to stop updates from being installed similar to some Windows update problems.
Your system is too new and I suspect the test for ACHI is failing as it cannot recognized the system. I have not been to tonymacs86 for a long time but you might ask over there. Prices on used Macs have dropped and that is the way to go IMHO.

Your system does not have an entry in the bios because it is not possible to disable it. I looked at the bios for the gaming 15 laptop

There is no entry for AHCI but neither is there an entry for IDE or RAID. The default is AHCI is always always enabled.
If you have an error message that a PCIe card is not working because it requires AHCI then the problem is the driver with the card.
What messages are you seeing?

This is my bios, the link you given doesn't match my bios.

Thank you for the updated link. I had to guess at to which was the correct one.
The question is still important: What message / error / warning / popup are you seeing about needing AHCI?
