I can't find an HP Care pack for my notebook

Hi everyone,

I want to renew my HP Care Pack but on the website I can't find a suitable offer for my notebook.
Until last year I had an HP 3y Nbd Onsite With ADP G2 NB Only SVC (UC279E), but today I can't find a suitable pack.

Can you suggest what I should buy?

I believe we are in the same boat - and not going anywhere.

I have a four year old Zbook 17 G3 - which, by the way, has been a magnificent beast - and only this week developed a memory issue in one of the four 16GB memory modules.

Also, the four year (yes, four) Care Pack expired in April 2020.

No real complaints - the only point - we can no longer get a Care Pack - system is past age when this is possible.

So, what to do?

We have to decide whether to

• Purchase an out-of-warranty service contract / subscription (if available),
• Consider paying for any future issues, 
• Move on - purchase new Zbook (or other) replacement

You can try to call / contact Care Pack - I have some limited information for doing so, though I cannot really verify that it is useful in your region.
