HP 250 G7 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently tried to implement cautious tweaks to increase the performance of my laptop, for this I need to access the advanced options of my BIOS, but I can't get it, so I want to update it, when entering my exact model (HP 250 G7 Notebook PC) I can't find the OS version I have in the drop-down list (my version is 22H2), there is only a similar one like 20H2, so should I use that one? If not, is there any way to update my BIOS or enter the advanced options? I hope you can help me so I don't make mistakes and ruin my computer unintentionally.

You can use the latest W10 version listed on the support page to update the BIOS but know beforehand that there is no such thing as a hidden 'advanced' settings menu in your notebook's BIOS that will become available if you update the BIOS.

What you see is what you get, no matter if you have the latest BIOS revision installed or the very first one released.
