Hi:

I suggest you go back and reinstall W10, because there are no graphics or USB drivers that will work on W7.

Intel has discontinued chipset driver support for W7, so you can't even download that anymore.

Thank you for your quick reply, Paul.

I'll think about your suggestion.

You're very welcome.

I would have liked to have been able to help you but since Intel didn't develop any W7 drivers for that platform, the only other options you have are to try and modify W10 drivers, and things like that.

It's just too much trouble.

Hi, Paul,

according to your advice I reinstall and came back to W10,

Now I can't find two drivers as follows:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&SUBSYS_832E103C&REV_0B
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&SUBSYS_832E103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&CC_0780

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&SUBSYS_832E103C&REV_0B
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&SUBSYS_832E103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&CC_0780

Hi:

I can't find what drivers you need for those devices.

Maybe this discussion will be of help to you.

Or you can install the HP support assistant software and see if that can find the right drivers you need.

You can download that by clicking on the orange button at the top right side of the webpage.
