If there isn't an obvious power button on the to the above left of the keyboard, it is probably located within the row of function keys.

 

I couldn't find the power button on my HP PC and it was the same appearance and design as the rest of the function keys and was located as the next to the delete key.

 

However chapter 2 of the service manual for your notebook's service manual does show a separate power button in chapter 2, on page 11, item labeled as #1.
