I did an update through the HP Support Assistant App the other day, and now almost every time I go on Mail, Teams, Chrome, etc. I have to re-login or fix my account. It is very annoying and I would really like to fix it. If anyone has had the same problem, and was able to fix it, please let me know. I think the update I did was something to do with my processor, and it said everything was good, but now my accounts are all auto logging out. Please help.

@JakeWilliamson

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Click menu button
  • Select settings in Chrome.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and select Advanced option.
  • Then “Allow Chrome Sign-in” option here off/on

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

All my apps are set to auto signin and sync, but I still have to fix them constantly. the main ones are: Chrome, Mail, Microsoft To Do, OneNote, Teams. Although they are mostly Microsoft Apps, it only happened after i did a System BIOS Update (Intel Processors).
