I need Help figuring out what to do after factory resetting my laptop and it’s stuck in software installation

Force Restart and Retry: If it's been stuck for a long time (hours), carefully force a restart by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Then retry the factory reset process.

Create Bootable Media and Reinstall: If restart fails, you'll need to create a bootable USB drive with the appropriate operating system for your laptop and reinstall it manually. Manufacturer websites usually have instructions for creating bootable media.
