Hi:
Your PC is not supported for W11 since it does not meet the W11 processor or TPM 2.0 requirements.
You can upgrade from W8.1 to W10 for free though:
Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the installation media has been created, do not boot from it.
Open the flash drive in Windows Explorer and double click on the Setup application to begin the upgrade process to W10.
If your PC has no audio after the upgrade, installing this W10 audio driver should fix the problem.

You have 10 days to go back to W8.1 if for some reason things don't work right on W10 as long as you don't delete the upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.
