This sign is option is disabled because of failed sign in attempt sorry people shutdowns used a different sign in option or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again" please i nedd ur how to login

This is a security precaution automatically instituted by Microsoft when too many login attempts have been made.

 

There is no way around this -- you have to do what it says -- turn off the PC for two hours and try again.
