Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r1000 (9J120AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
MY LAPTOP IS 4 MONTHS OLD. I HAVE CONSTANT ISSUES WITH MY TOUCHPAD. THE I2C HID DEVICE IS GIVING A CODE 10 ERROR. AFTER TRYING ALL THE SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING. IT FIXES THE PROBLEM UNTIL THE NEXT RESTART. I REINSTALLED THE DRIVERS. DISABLED AND RE-ENABLED MY I2C. DELETED IT AND RESTARTED. UPDATED MY BIOS AND ALL MY WINDOWS UPDATES. THIS IS A WORK LAPTOP AND AT THIS POINT I MIGHT AS WELL RETURN IT AS THIS IS AFFECTING MY WORK.
