HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G46AV)

I have purchased HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg3027TU with the help of your sales team (Siddiqui) from the official HP website, which states that the 3027 contains the operating system “Windows 11 Home”. However, in reality it is showing “Windows 11 Home Single Language” (screenshot below).

Since “Windows 11 Home” & “Windows 11 Home Single Language” are different products and HP website states “Windows 11 Home” for HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg3027TU. I believe it is a clear mistake from HP & request HP to do the needful as earliest. I feel that I have been cheated.

In case you want further information please call me on [Personal Information Removed]

Thank you in anticipation.

Note:

  1. I had contacted customer care for technical support & spoke with a representative named Mohit (Case Number: [Personal Information Removed]). But rather than getting proper information /resolution, unfortunately I had received a very pathetic response /information. If required I have call recording available with me.

  1. I have written similar email earlier to [content removed]; but unfortunately they didn't revert & asking to connect customer care.
