If you have lost the invoice for your HP Laptop, please note that HP is not able to issue or re-create a duplicate purchase invoice, because the invoice is generated by the retailer or online seller from whom the laptop was originally purchased.

✔ How to get a duplicate invoice

You will need to contact the store, e-commerce platform, or authorized reseller where you purchased the laptop. They are the only source that can provide:

• A duplicate copy of your invoice
• Order details and billing information
• Any documents required for warranty validation or insurance/ADP purposes
   

✔ What you can do now
Please reach out to the seller with:

• Your Order Number
• Your name, email, or phone number used at purchase
• Approximate purchase date

They will be able to re-issue the invoice or provide a downloadable version.
