I have no idea how to solve this problem. I tried to download a file and it stopped because error not enough room even though I have 917 gb available on hdd my ssd is almost full so assume it has been set up to download onto my ssd . How do I rectify this problem. I am in my 70's so please use terms I might understand lol.

Normal practice is to use SSD for system and applications/programs only and store user data/files including downloaded file on other drive.

 

To do that, you simply set other drive as DEFAULT download location (or drive). Please use the following instructions

Hi . thanks 

I changed all the different boxes to D drive except the apps one. I tried down loading a 25gb file and it again went into the ssd drive. How do I move download from ssd to hdd ? I have 14 gb of pics that went into the ssd . Why was this set up from new in such away?
