Hi,
I have just recently...like within the past week encountered an issue uploading my pictures. in Google Photos to my Marketplace ads. I have been using Marketplace for the past 8 years with no difficulties at all.
What has changed...has anyone else encountered the same problem?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
It does seem like if something happened to you that it might happen to someone else.
That said, we do not have any way to test, check, modify, or investigate the software you are using.
An HP Chromebook is essentially a Chromebook: Chrome OS, whatever network you are using, and the software you have added to the Operating System to complete certain tasks.
Best check with Google OS, Google Photos and perhaps with Facebook.
If you think it is related to the computer,
Restart Everything, including the router that controls the network
Will that make a difference? Possibly -- Results depend on the underlying cause of the change in behavior.
