Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Issues with Windows stop code. Can’t access anything on laptop. It’s asking for bit recovery key. I haven’t a clue on how or where to find it

You hard drive came encrypted by HP using an MS product known as BitLocker.

We can not do anything for you regarding this.
