Based on the hardware ID ACPI\HPQ0004, your PC is missing the HP 3D DriveGuard driver, which is part of HP's ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection software. This driver helps protect your hard drive from damage due to sudden movements or shocks.

Here's how to resolve the issue:

Download the correct driver:

Install the driver:

  • Once downloaded, double-click the file to begin installation.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  • Restart your PC after installation.

Verify installation:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Expand System Devices.
  • Confirm that the unknown device is no longer listed, and HP 3D DriveGuard appears without any warning icons.
