Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I keep getting error messages from Microsoft Outlook after I reset my PC.  It will not allow me to respond to others due to unlicense issues.  I can't reply when someone sends me emails.

Which Outlook you are talking about Windows 10 Main app or Outlook from Microsoft Office ? HP won't be able to help because that is a Microsoft product. There are few options, I need to know which Outlook you are talking about to avoid confusions.

 

Note: Do you use genuine Windows 10 ?
