hi, i have recently installed amd radeon software adrenalin that came from amds website drivers and the app doesn't really seemed optimized for this desktop so i uninstalled it and im trying to find the amd radeon software that came when i bought it, so i restarted this pc 2 times just to try and get the amd radeon software that came pre-installed with it but it doesnt seem to reinstall after restarting my pc. just wondering if you have just the download link for the amd radeon software that came with this pc please

(1) Download and install

AMD Radeon Graphics Driver

30.0.21016.5 Rev.A550.5 MBJul 26, 2022Download

 

(2) Reboot and you're ready

I followed your steps, i have the drivers installed but i need the preinstalled amd software that came with my desktop when i bought it. Do you have a download for that please?

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

--->>> Send screenshot

 

(3) Please report your results

Did you have the correct graphics drivers before or did you reinstall your Windows system?

I did a factory reset yesterday and it came with the preinstalled amd software and drivers, I tried to open the software application that came preinstalled but it showed an error. I uninstalled my preinstalled drivers and downloaded the ones you linked me, but I still don’t have access to the preinstalled software. Any way to get a download link for the software that came with the desktop?

I went to “Reset This Pc” and clicked “Local Reinstall” (im not sure if I was supposed to do cloud reinstall)  and cleaned all drives documents and data
