I am having to send my laptop to a company to work on it. They said I had to remove any locks on the machine. Have tried everything that shows up on the internet about removing lock screen and log in to computer but still it requires some sort of code or password. I do not have any biometric readers. Thank you in advance Wayne651

If you want to remove the security from your computer, you can do so.
We, however, cannot help you do that.
That said,
In general, Windows login is controlled in Windows - look up how to remove the password.
Alternatively, if you want these folks to have access to your computer, add an admin account and give them the password.
Really think about this before you do it.
Think about removing your personal data - all of it - before you send your computer anywhere.
