I need to return this junk

1. Every time I click internet window it closes then opens again

2. Every time my laptop sleeps while I'm on current tabs it closes all of them out 

3. My laptop randomly gets glitchy black spots one day, lasts a few days then goes away. Few days later it reappears in new spots.

4. Connection comes and goes even when I'm on a strong Wi-Fi network. 

5. I will NEVER purchase an HP again, the only way I will be happy is exchanging this.
