I purchased extended warranty and have emails to prove it.  I cannot submit the proof online, the webpage times out.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you purchased extended warranty recently, but you are getting renewal pop-ups on your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix it.  

 

We are really sorry that you are getting these pop-ups. I would suggest you please use the link here and submit your concern regarding the warranty. Our team will look into it and make the changes for you.

 

If you are still facing any issues after raising the concern you can refer to the private message, I have sent you with further instructions to get this issue sorted. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
